"Can anything ever separate us from Christ's love? Does it mean he no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or hungry, or destitute, or in danger, or threatened with death?"  Romans 8:35

It is such a comfort, Lord, as we go through such difficult times, to know you are faithful.  Your love gives me strength to face the troubles that have come our way.  I cannot imagine my life without you, for you are what keeps me going . You are my refuge and strength and nothing can keep us apart.  I cling to you and feel your constant presence.  Thank you for your guidance when things seem so out of control in this storm.  I know that when the dust settles, your plan will be revealed. Until that time, Lord, I am trusting you.  In Jesus' name, amen.

Love this. "When the dust settles, your plan will be revealed." I can see the dust, dirt and leaves swirling, and yes, His plan is revealed in His perfect timing. So thankful you, too, are trusting until then.

I am in an out-of-control storm right now - and clinging, just like you, to Him. This is just what I needed to start my week. Thank you, Joan! Praying for you, too!
