God's Love

The Greatest Thing

"We know how much God loves us, and we have put our trust in His love.  God is love and all who live in love live in God, and God lives in them."  1 John 4:16

Your love, Lord, is the greatest thing there is.  When I place my trust in you, I feel your loving embrace, and I am at peace.  Your word comforts me as I look to you for guidance.  Thank you, Lord, for your direction.  I can see how beautifully you pull everything together!  You are so good!  In Jesus' name, amen.

    Just yesterday in my devotions I read that verse that talks about how high, how deep, how wide God's love is. I was reminded yet again, that His love is something I cannot understand - but oh, how it fills me!
